Wireless Screen Mirroring and Screen Streaming (Airplay)

The video projector allows you to mirror the movies/videos/photos/games of your smartphone or other devices to the big screen wireless via the 5G WiFi connection, there is no need to download and install the screen mirroring software. Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How to stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and Disney on the projector?

A1: Due to copyright issues, Netflix, amazon prime, Disney, Hulu and other videos do not support screen mirrored or screencast directly from mobile phone. You can connect a streaming device such as a Firestick, Roku or Chromecast to the projector and cast Netflix from your mobile phone to the device. Alternatively, for better image quality, you can use an HDMI cable to connect the projector to an external device such as a computer and you will be able to play videos or movies from all of the above video sites. Free HDMI cable, no need to spend extra time and money to buy an HDMI cable.

Q2: There is no sound from the home projector when the TV stick is plugged in.

A2: Please check if the video has Dolby sound enabled. This T331-Pro mini projector does not support Dolby sound and needs to be turned off. Go to Settings > Display & Sound > Audio > Dolby Digital Out > Turn Dolby Off

Q3: How to adjust when the projected image is blurry?

A3: 1) Please use the projector in a dark environment, and make sure the projector is in the middle of the projection and the lens is clean.

2) Manually adjust the projector to ensure that the projector image is always a standard rectangle

3) Adjust the focus ring on the right side of the projector to sharpen the projected image, so as to achieve a clear image

Q4: There are black spots on the screen, how to clear the black spots in the lens?

A4: There is a label on the back of the projector, take off the projector label that covers a hidden slot, after opening, you can wipe the inner lens with a cotton swab, or please email Toperson service for black spot removal methods.

Q5: Why is there no sound from the projector when playing a movie?

A5: Please confirm whether the built-in Bluetooth function of the projector is turned off. Please switch Bluetooth to “OFF” when you don’t need to use the “Bluetooth Receiver” function as an independent speaker by the movie projector, otherwise, there will be no sound when using other functions because of signal conflict.

Pls note T331-Pro projector has the Bluetooth Function, T331 mini projector don’t have the Bluetooth Function.
Toperson T331-Pro video projector are mainly used in home theater and video games. It’s not recommended for large-scale conferences, teaching activities or commercial purposes such as PPT, Word, Excel.
For a better viewing experience, it is highly recommended to use in a dark environment.
For most home projectors, it’s normal for the edges of the image to be less sharp than the center. If the image is blurry, adjust focus, the projection distance for the sharpest image.
The USB interface only supports U disk, and does not support cable connection and data transmission.
It is recommended to use a high-speed wifi network to make the connection and playback of the projection screen more stable and smooth.
The remote control isn’t including the battery, please purchase 2 “AAA” batteries before you use the projector.
Please note where the remote control needs to be aimed at the projector’s IR infrared receiver.
