- Execute Production plan as per Devices schedule.
- Make sure Devices manufactured are of required quality
- Initiate & monitor improvement actions
- Report quality issues & actively involve in finding route cause & actions to eliminate the same.
- Plan & monitor training to BC workforce.
- Monitor & control Productivity on shop.
- Maintain & improve 5s on shop day by day.
- Identify unsafe conditions/ acts & report the same.
- Monitor & control all Production KPI’s
- Needs to Work in 3 shifts.
Education: Diploma Electronics any brach.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in related function.
